Anne C. S. Kalis
As a Jewish Educator and Cantorial Soloist, Anne will customize your service to create a warm, unique, and beautiful family celebration. She has a degree in Secondary Education and has worked professionally in the Jewish community for over 15 years.
Since 2013, Anne has helped to lead services at Temple Beth Avodah in Newton, and also teaches in their Hebrew school program. She is a Hebrew Teacher and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Tutor at Temple Beth Elohim in Wellesley and serves as Education Director at Congregation Eitz Chayim in Cambridge.
Anne is available to teach Hebrew, Torah/Haftorah and Jewish Studies, as well as officiate and sing at all lifecycle events (B’Mitzvahs, Weddings, Funerals, etc.) for families who are unaffiliated with a synagogue or prefer to have a private service.
